Counting the days!!!

My hubby is coming home soon!! I can not wait for the call telling me he is almost here! As it gets closer to the day the harder it gets to wait.. I am really struggling. I found myself staring at the calender this morning wishing I could skip a few days. I can't wait to be in his arms again!! I am trying to stay busy so I don't go crazy. For Mother's day my sweet guy gave me a gift card to a spa. I am going to use it today to get my nails done so I will be all pretty for when he gets here. ;-)

I think I have learned a lot these past 5 months on waiting. When you have a husband in the military you have to wait a LOT! I've learned to trust God more and lean on Him so much more then I did before CJ left. These past 5 months have been so hard.. I've decided I really dislike deployments and most of all hate that our little family is apart. But God has taught me to trust Him more. I have learned a lot and grown a lot in the Lord and I think as wife and mother. I can't wait for CJ to get here so I can share all my new found thoughts and desires with him. Oh how nice it will be to all be together again!!

Please pray with me that CJ gets here on time. We have a family vacation planned for the 15th. I am trusting God that everything will fall into place. Prayers would be appreciated for his safety too! Thanks so much!!
