Thankful for my sister!

I am so sad that my visit with my sister has come to an end! :( Even though I plan on coming back in August for another visit it makes me sad that I have to leave her for now.. :( I have so enjoyed laughing until I cry, talking about everything under the sun and just having my sister by my side. Something I have missed! Funny how as you grow up and life changes it's exciting but sad too. I love being a wife to my soldier and a mommy to my little guy and can't wait for that life to continue! But one thing I hate is how growing up means moving away from your best friends.. your siblings. Even though we make friends where we go and find ones that you love there will never be anyone who takes the place of a sister. It's been so nice chatting with her and remembering growing up together. I am so thankful for her! I have loved spending time with her and her little family. Her kids are so cute! I love being an Auntie to them and I love watching Scot getting to know his cousins. I hope even though they will grow up living far away from each other they can be friends.

Even though I'm sad I am VERY thankful I had these two weeks. I needed them! Thanks Kristina for being the best big sister! I love you and I'm glad I'm your little sis! :)
